Our entire facility was constructed using environmentally responsible materials. Both practice studios, locker rooms, boutique and community areas were all designed using sustainable or recycled materials and furnishings – - and all are 100% VOC free. |
Reznor is considered the Rolls Royce of climate control. We use Reznor heaters and Renew-aire heat recovery systems which de-humidify and refresh the air when needed. We also use Acu-steam systems for humidification to moisten the air when too dry. |
Both men’s and women’s locker rooms have multiple showers, ample space for changing and vanity areas with blow dryers. Towel services are also available. We provide free-flowing, specially filtered water at our "hydration station". |
